Wellbeing Through Nature Walks

Join the Conwy Valley and North West Wales Coast Community Rail Partnership and Conwy Mind for a series of Wellbeing through Nature circular walks.

We’ve teamed up with Conwy Mind to host 4 circular wellbeing walks. Walk leader, Nick from Conwy Mind’s Wellbeing Team will lead the walks which start from stations along the Conwy Valley and North West Wales Coast. We will also be joined by experts in areas such as archaeology.

The walks will focus on the ‘5 ways to wellbeing’ and mindfulness in woodland space with nature at your fingertips. During our walk Nick will share tips on planning your own walk and how you can use the 5 ways to wellbeing to connect, give, learn, take notice and be active in your daily lives. These easy steps are simple and very effective.

The Walks

Every walk will be circular so you will finish in the same destination as you arrived. Walks will be approximately 5-6 miles long and start times for each vary depending on train or bus times.

You will be provided with a Walkers Pack which will give you all the information on appropriate clothing, footwear and refreshments you’ll need.
