Challenging the stigma of #ThatLonelyFeeling in support of Loneliness Awareness Week

This week is Loneliness Awareness Week, created and hosted by Marmalade Trust, it is an annual campaign which aims to raise awareness of loneliness and get people talking about it. As a Community Rail Partnership, one of our main aims is to bring communities together and support diversity and inclusion. We therefore feel Loneliness Awareness Week is an important campaign to get involved with and provide opportunities for the communities we support to come together and reduce isolation.

To mark this year’s Loneliness Awareness Week, the Marmalade Trust have developed a wealth of new supportive practical guides and resources for all from school lesson plans to to self-employed loneliness. Find the support you, a friend or a relative may need here.
