Mae gwaith celf sy\u2019n dathlu hanes y rheilffordd yn Shotton ar Arfordir Gogledd Cymru wedi cael ei ddadorchuddio yn yr orsaf reilffordd ar blatfform isaf yr arfordir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ariannwyd y prosiect gan Bartneriaeth Rheilffordd Gymunedol Dyffryn Conwy ac Arfordir Gogledd Cymru, a daeth \u00e2 phreswylwyr Llys Eleanor, ClwydAlyn, a disgyblion Ysgol T\u0177 Ffynnon at ei gilydd. O dan arweiniad yr artist Sharon Wagstaff, nod y prosiect cydweithredol oedd creu cysylltiad rhwng y cenedlaethau drwy gelf a hanes lleol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fel rhan o Rheilffordd 200 \u2013 dathliad cenedlaethol yn nodi 200 mlynedd ers geni rheilffyrdd modern \u2013 roedd y fenter yn rhoi cyfle i bobl ifanc a phreswylwyr h\u0177n rannu straeon ac atgofion am y rheilffordd a\u2019i r\u00f4l yn y gymuned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dros gyfnod o rai misoedd, bu\u2019r disgyblion yn ymweld \u00e2 Llys Eleanor am sesiynau wythnosol, a gwelwyd y sgyrsiau a\u2019r cyfeillgarwch yn datblygu. O dan arweiniad arbenigol Sharon Wagstaff, cafodd y profiadau cyffredin hyn eu trawsnewid yn gyfres o weithiau celf i adlewyrchu safbwyntiau a chreadigrwydd y ddwy genhedlaeth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dywedodd Karen Williams, Swyddog Rheilffordd Gymunedol Partneriaeth Rheilffordd Gymunedol Dyffryn Conwy ac Arfordir Gogledd Cymru:<\/strong> \u201cRoedd hwn yn brosiect gwych i fod yn rhan ohono. Fe wnaeth y preswylwyr h\u0177n rannu llawer o atgofion a straeon gyda\u2019r plant ifanc ac roeddent wrth eu bodd yn gwrando ar yr hanesion difyr. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cRoedd yn braf iawn gweld y berthynas rhwng y cenedlaethau yn datblygu o wythnos i wythnos a\u2019r ddwy genhedlaeth yn dysgu gwahanol sgiliau dros gyfnod o fisoedd. Maen nhw wedi creu darnau celf arbennig iawn, ac rydyn ni\u2019n ffodus iawn ein bod yn gallu rhannu\u2019r gweithiau hyn gyda chymuned Shotton yn yr orsaf reilffordd.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dywedodd Mrs Nia Goldsmith, Pennaeth Ysgol T\u0177 Ffynnon: <\/strong>\u201cErs ein cyfarfod cyntaf gyda phreswylwyr Llys Eleanor rydyn ni wedi creu cysylltiad gwych rhwng y cenedlaethau. Dros amser, rwyf wedi gweld plant Ysgol T\u0177 Ffynnon yn dod yn fwy hyderus, ac mae eu hunanhyder a\u2019u lles wedi gwella wrth ryngweithio a chreu cysylltiadau \u00e2\u2019r preswylwyr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cYn ogystal \u00e2 hyn, mae cael cyfle i weithio a dysgu gan yr artist Sharon Wagstaff ar brosiect celf Rheilffordd 200 ochr yn ochr \u00e2\u2019r preswylwyr wedi cryfhau\u2019r cysylltiad hwn.
