Er mwyn gwneud y gwaith hwn mewn modd diogel ac effeithiolbydd y llinell, sy\u2019n rhedeg rhwng Llandudno a Blaenau Ffestiniog, ar gau o 21:30 ar nos Wener 22 Tachwedd i 10.30 ar fore Sul 15 Rhagfyr. Hoffem hefyd eich gwahodd i ddod i\u2019r digwyddiadaugalw heibio y byddwn yn eu cynnal i roi diweddariad ichi am y gwaith hwn.<\/p>\n

Fel y gwyddoch, o bosibl, cafwyd llifogydd difrifol yn y gwanwyn a achosodd ddifrod sylweddol.Roedd y llinell reilffordd ar gau er mwyn inni allu gwneud atgyweiriadau helaeth i chwe milltir o\u2019rtrac, deg croesfan wastad, naw cwlfert a gorsaf Dolgarrog, a chafodd ei hailagor yn yr haf cyn yr Eisteddfod.<\/p>\n

Mae arolygon wedi datgelu bod angen rhagor o waith cydnerthedd er mwyn lleihau ymhellach y perygl y bydd yn rhaid cau\u2019r llinell reilffordd hanfodol hon eto yn y dyfodol. Tra bydd y llinell ar gau dros dro bydd ein peirianwyr yn gweithio dydd a nos i osod mwy na 600 o folltau craig yn Nhwnnel Ffestiniog, gosod sliperi newydd yn lle rhai hen ar hyd y llinell a chwblhau gwaith hanfodol i reoli llystyfiant.<\/p>\n

Rydym hefyd yn parhau i wneud gwaith i adnewyddu\u2019r platfform a ddifrodwyd gan y llifogydd yngngorsaf Dolgarrog, a fydd yn dal i fod ar gau hyd nes y bydd y gwaith hanfodol hwn wedi\u2019i gwblhau. Bydd y gwaith yn yr orsaf yn cynnwys stancio, sy\u2019n golygu gyrru stanciau dur i\u2019r ddaear ganddefnyddio cerbydau ffyrdd\/rheilffyrdd sydd \u00e2 gyrdd ynghlwm wrthynt. Gweithgaredd swnllyd yw stancio a byddwn yn gwneud ein gorau glas i leihau s\u0175n diangen gymaint ag sy\u2019n bosibl ac i gwblhau pob stanc cyn gynted ag y gallwn. Hoffem ddiolch ichi ymlaen llaw am eich amynedd yn ystod y gwaith hanfodol hwn.<\/p>\n
