As a Community Rail Partnership, one of our main aims is to bring communities together and support diversity and inclusion. We therefore feel Loneliness Awareness Week is an important campaign to get involved with and provide opportunities for the communities we support to come together and reduce isolation.<\/p>\n<p>To mark this year&#8217;s Loneliness Awareness Week, the Marmalade Trust have developed a wealth of new supportive practical guides and resources for all from school lesson plans to to self-employed loneliness. Find the support you, a friend or a relative may need <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marmaladetrust.org\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><em>Join us this week in support of #LonelinessAwarenessWeek:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><strong>Tuesday 14th June 11am &#8211; 1pm &#8216;Community Planting Day&#8217; at Bangor Station<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>An opportunity to join like minded people with an interest in gardening to join the new &#8216;Friends of Bangor Station&#8217; to look after the new planters. Hand tools and refreshments will be provided. Join us afterwards for a cuppa and chat at the Alpine Coffee Shop.
